I have received several Reiki sessions from Tranquil Reiki and have experienced very positive results in terms of relief from a longstanding back problem and also aiding recovery from a gynaecological operation. 

The treatments have helped with pain relief and relaxation of muscles reducing discomfort and muscle tensions resulting in an overall feeling of improved well being, both physically and psychologically.

During the sessions I immediately become aware of the heat from the "healing" hands which aids relaxation and comfort.  I feel that the treatments have a cumulative effect on the body's healing process, so that for me results were not necessarily immediate although this may vary from person to person.
